Rachel Hoffman

9to5 is one of the largest national membership organizations of working women in the U.S. focused on national and state policy change to benefit the working class. They have been instrumental in passing progressive laws such as the 1978 Pregnancy Discrimination Act, Civil Rights Act of 1991, and Family Medical Leave Act. They have chapters in Colorado, Wisconsin, and Georgia and in 2021 released an annual report focused on organizing successes by members across the nation.
